2. Services Provided

PlanKart is a digital marketplace that provides ready-to-use architectural house plans in editable AutoCAD DWG and PDF format. We also offer a professional directory service that connects homeowners with verified architects, civil engineers, contractors, and structural consultants.

3. Digital Products & Licensing

Each plan purchase grants you a single-build, non-transferable license. You are permitted to:

• Download and use the DWG and PDF files for one construction project
• Modify the files to suit your specific plot dimensions and requirements
• Share the files with your architect or contractor for the purpose of constructing that single project

You are NOT permitted to:

• Resell, redistribute, or publish the purchased files on any platform
• Use the files for multiple construction projects without purchasing additional licenses
• Claim authorship or ownership of the architectural designs

4. Account Registration

To purchase plans or use credit bundles, you must register an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. PlanKart reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in unauthorized activity.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed through Cashfree Payments, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, and net banking.

6. Delivery of Digital Goods

Upon successful payment verification, download links for your purchased plans (DWG + PDF) are generated instantly and delivered to your registered email address. Download links are time-limited for security purposes.

7. Professional Directory Disclaimer

Professionals listed on PlanKart are independent contractors and are not employees of PlanKart. We facilitate introductions but do not guarantee the outcome of any custom projects negotiated between users and professionals. Users are advised to conduct their own due diligence before engaging any professional.

8. Intellectual Property

All architectural designs, website content, logos, and branding elements on PlanKart are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

PlanKart provides architectural floor plans as digital reference tools. We are not liable for any construction defects, structural failures, or compliance issues arising from the use of our plans. Users must engage qualified professionals to verify suitability for their specific site conditions and local building codes.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

1. No-Refund Policy for Digital Downloads

Because our products are digital files (DWG and PDF) that are delivered instantly after payment, we are unable to offer refunds once a download link has been generated and sent to your email. We strongly encourage you to review all plan details, specifications, preview images, and descriptions before completing your purchase.

2. Exceptions

We may consider a refund or credit in the following situations:

• Technical Issues: If the downloaded files are corrupt, empty, or significantly different from the description/preview shown on the listing
• Payment Errors: If you were charged multiple times for the same purchase due to a payment gateway error
• Non-Delivery: If the download link was never generated or delivered despite successful payment

3. How to Request Support

If you believe you qualify for an exception, please contact us within 48 hours of your purchase with the following details:

• Your registered email address
• Order ID or Transaction Reference
• A clear description of the issue with screenshots (if applicable)

4. Bundle / Credit Purchases

Plan credit bundles are non-refundable once credits have been added to your account. Unused credits do not expire and remain available for future plan downloads.
