All architectural blueprints, CAD files, and PDF documents are delivered digitally immediately upon successful payment verification. Due to the nature of digital intellectual property, downloads are monitored and links expire within 15 minutes of purchase for security purposes.
Because our assets are instantly downloadable digital goods, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed and the download link has been generated. Please review all plan specifications carefully before completing your transaction.
Purchasing a plan grants you a single-build license. You may use the blueprints to construct one (1) structure. Reselling, distributing, or publishing the CAD files or PDF documents on other platforms is strictly prohibited and violates our intellectual property rights.
Professionals listed in our directory are independent contractors. Plankart acts as an infrastructure facilitator and does not take liability for the exact outcome of custom projects negotiated outside the direct blueprint marketplace.
